Why we built it this way.
Most construction projects don't fall apart because of bad work — they fall apart because of bad handoffs. A contractor builds the walls, an electrician wires them, a separate crew handles the mechanical systems, and somewhere in between, a plan gets signed off on by someone who was never actually on-site. Every handoff is a chance for something to get lost.
AMTZ Contracting exists to close those gaps. We keep construction, MEP, and engineering & design under one roof, run by the same team from the first floor plan to the final walkthrough — no relaying instructions between five different companies, no guessing who's responsible when something doesn't line up.
