What areas do you serve?
Our core service area is Southeastern Wisconsin — Milwaukee, Waukesha, Washington, Ozaukee, Racine, Kenosha, and Walworth counties. We're also accepting project inquiries in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, and Minnesota. See our full service area for details.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. AMTZ Contracting LLC is licensed and insured for both residential and commercial work.
Do you handle both residential and commercial projects?
Yes — we take on the full scope of work for both. See our services for what that includes on each side.
Can I hire you for just one trade, like electrical or HVAC?
Yes. While we handle full-scope projects end to end, we also take on standalone MEP (including electrical) and Engineering & Design work without a full construction contract attached.
Do I need my own architect or engineer before I contact you?
No. We offer floor plans, structural design, land surveying, and project drafting in-house, so we can take a project from a first sketch through to construction.
How do I get a quote?

How long does a typical project take?
It depends entirely on scope — a bathroom remodel and a new commercial build have very different timelines. We'll give you a realistic estimate as part of your quote, before any work begins.
Who handles permits for my project?
Permit requirements vary by municipality and project type. We'll walk you through what's needed for your specific job when we scope it out together.
Do you offer financing?
We don't currently offer in-house financing. If financing is a factor for your project, let us know when you reach out — we're happy to talk through it.
